Trireme Pedestrian Bridge (Corinth)
Architectural design was performed by the technical department of the municipality of Corinth with the Corinthian Trireme as the basic figure.
The structural system was designed by EBLECTON with a single span of 48.50m according to Eurocodes. The bridge is formed by a steel deck that is suspended on two inclined arches via rods of a radial arrangement.
RC piles were designed for the deep foundation of the system and staged construction for its erection.
